Terms of Service — Sew Childhood

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Sew Childhood (the “Site”), or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

You represent and warrant that

We will deliver purchased products to the shipping address you provide. We strive to fulfil orders promptly but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, etc.).

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sew Childhood disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement).

  • Sew Childhood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site, orders placed, or products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, delay, or inability to use the Site or products.

  • While we strive to ensure accuracy in our product information, pricing, and availability, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders if necessary.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
